It all started in 2010 when Tom Rosier decided to jump from the NHS ship and start going it alone. Learning a great deal through working within the NHS Tom felt that it was time to push himself, follow his dream and set up his own private practice.
At the beginning – without any private patients yet to treat – Tom would work for his fathers construction company as a labourer during the day and then make his way over to Donnington Valley Spa from 5.30pm till 9pm. This was his routine for 5-6 months which was very hard work and not ideal – imagine it – getting up a 6am get to the building site – hard physical labour for 8 hours then 4 hours of physiotherapy and sports massage – tough!
Having had is fair share of injuries and broken bones Tom understands intimately the frustrations and anxieties involved with serious injury. He understands the hard work needed to recover back to full function after injury as he has had to make the journey himself so he is empathetic and understanding.
This is the story so far – so come and be part of the next chapter.
